Flexjet launches mobile app

Flexjet has launched its new Flexjet iPhone app, which features custom-tailored responses to private jet requests, real-time notifications and detailed itineraries.

The app will provide another avenue for owners and clients to communicate with Flexjet’s customer service team when booking trips and managing their accounts, and owners can also see photos of their pilots, flight time estimates and destination research. The app provides easy access to pre-flight information, directions to the airport FBO and destination weather.

Prospective buyers can use the app to peruse the fleet and see aircraft photo galleries, aircraft statistics and cabin configurations. There is a tap-to-call feature for those who prefer to speak with someone.

Michael Silvestro, CEO at Flexjet, said, “We carefully developed a mobile experience that is an intuitive extension of our world-class service. Our team has taken the time to design an app that is a true differentiator in the fractional marketplace, meets the personalized needs of our owners, allows us to serve them better with every tap and delivers more value with every interaction.

“Flexjet’s owners are constantly on the move. Like so many of us, they are constantly connected through their mobile devices. We want to keep every avenue open so owners may access an aircraft using their preferred method. Our new app will put our exceptional service in the palm of their hand, optimizing their travel experience.”
