A look inside the world's only private Boeing 787 Dreamliner

Visitors to Dubai Air Show 2017 had the opportunity to explore the world's only private Boeing 787 Dreamliner. The jet is operated by Deer Jet and managed by UAS International Trip Support, and features a main lounge that accommodate 16 guests, two large dining tables, an enclosed master bedroom, and fully fitted bathroom.

Duncan Aviation begins work on US$70m Utah maintenance facility

Duncan Aviation has begun construction on a new US$70m business aircraft maintenance, modifications and paint complex in Provo, Utah, in the USA. The company will add nearly 275,000ft² of buildings, with a 222,000ft² maintenance and modifications center and a 53,000ft² paint facility.

VistaJet launches Chinese website

VistaJet has continued to build on its growth in China by expanding its team and launching a Chinese language website. This follows a surge of interest after the April launch of a bespoke WeChat booking platform, which allows customers to access its fleet of over 70 fully-owned aircraft and connect with a 24/7 global team to book their flights from their smartphones.

Like all our patrons, the Chinese customer demands a perfect, bespoke flying experience and one that begins long before that first booking is made. The launch of our WeChat booking system and a dedicated Chinese language website demonstrates our absolute commitment to create an unrivalled and tailored travel experience.”

VistaJet’s Program Membership sales continued to accelerate with 57% year-on-year growth worldwide recorded for the first half of 2017, while global customer retention reached 91%.

China is one of the fastest growing markets for the company, with a 12% year-on-year increase in passenger traffic departing the country in H1 2017, and a 14% gain in passengers arriving for the same period.
