Air Partner upgrades JetCard benefits

Air Partner’s JetCard has been enhanced with the introduction of new gourmet menus across 34 airports in Europe. The global aviation services group has collaborated with high-end catering firms for the initiative, such as private aviation culinary concierge company On Air Dining.

Air Partner launched its improved food offering during an event in November at Stansted Airport in the UK, in collaboration with On Air Dining, private jet management company Air Charter Scotland and FBO Inflite Jet Centre. The two companies say that the bespoke menus and onboard personal boxed meals developed provide the same taste experience when dining at 30,000ft (9,144m) to that expected of fine dining.

Clients can expect to enjoy starters of truffled asparagus or caramelized onion pissaladière, while plates of tuna ceviche and kaiso salad, or rare roast lamb with baby turnips, fig jam and goats cheese emulsion, comprise the main event. Ending the meal on a sweet note are the likes of pistachio and brindisi oil cake or an indulgent sticky toffee pudding with obligatory vanilla clotted cream and butterscotch sauce accompaniments.

Air Partner’s JetCard was launched 14 years ago and features fixed and fully inclusive hourly rates and fully refundable flight credit that never expires. Other recent additions to the JetCard include a client referral recognition program, a limited edition £1m (US$1.3m) JetCard, and access to a host of new exclusive events from Air Partner’s curated collection of esteemed partners, spanning VIP supercar experiences to prestigious polo matches.
