Discussions surrounding what the hub could evolve into by 2045 included the airport’s strengths, thoughts on the return of scheduled services and opportunities for growth.

The European Business Aviation Association (EBAA) has published a report in cooperation with young people think tank ThinkYoung called Expanding Horizons: How Millennials see the Future of Business Aviation. The survey asked young people aged 18-25 in Germany, France, the UK and Switzerland about mobility, business aviation and the future of sustainable personal air transport. Fly Comlux opens commercial AOC at San Marino

Comlux Group VIP airline Fly Comlux has opened a new air operator certificated (AOC) operation in San Marino, named T7.

T7 brings the company’s AOC total to four, with existing operations already open in Malta, Aruba and Kazakhstan. The first aircraft to join Comlux San Marino AOC is a Bombardier Challenger 604.

Andrea Zanetto, CEO of Fly Comlux, said, “We are very pleased to open this new AOC in San Marino. We have been working with the aviation authorities and the Registry of San Marino to offer our VIP aircraft owners a new option, to operate their aircraft commercially with Comlux.

“San Marino Registry is already well known in the industry as being focused on customers and operating within ICAO standards. We look forward to working together.”

David Colindres, president of San Marino Aircraft Registry said, “We are very pleased to be associated with Comlux, a company that embraces safety, exemplifies quality air transport operations and provides passengers with excellent levels of comfort.

“We are committed to support and serve the aviation industry, and air transport is one of the sectors undergoing a fast global economic growth. Therefore, the Republic of San Marino Civil Aviation Authority regulates and oversees operators to comply with the highest safety and security standards.”
