GetJet Airlines, a Lithuanian charter and aircraft leasing company under GetJet Aviation Holdings, has announced a leadership transition.
Inga Duglas will assume the role of chief executive officer, succeeding Rūta Kulvinskaitė, who has led the company for the past four years.
Bringing over 15 years of aviation experience, Duglas joins GetJet Airlines from Magnetic Group, where she served as chief commercial officer for the last four years. Duglas is also the chairwoman of the Board at the Civil Aviation Association (CAVIA) of Lithuania.
Darius Viltrakis, CEO of GetJet Aviation Holdings said, “Duglas’ extensive experience and strategic vision align with GetJet Airlines’ long-term objectives, particularly in advancing vertical growth through asset management, technical services, and related business areas.”
Duglas said, “I am confident that my experience and GetJet Airlines’ growth ambitions complement each other perfectly. I see great potential in further expanding our service portfolio, which will not only contribute to strengthening the company’s self-sufficiency but also increase its competitiveness. I look forward to working with the team to achieve sustainable growth, deliver top-tier services to our clients, and contribute to the overall success of the airline.”
The leadership transition marks a strategic shift as GetJet Airlines moves into its next phase of development.
Viltrakis said, “This change marks a new phase of development, bringing in expertise that aligns with our future objectives and long-term growth strategy focusing on vertical capabilities.”
