Saudi Aviation Club and Adone Events have partnered to launch Saudi Airshow, a new event in the Middle East.
The aerospace and aviation exhibition will be hosted by the Saudi Aviation Club from March 12-14, 2019, at Thumamah Airport in Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia.
Saudi Airshow will host a mix of business, general and commercial aviation and aerospace exhibitors on a 100,000mΒ² static area, which will accommodate more than 100 aircraft ranging in size from single-engine and executive jets to commercial wide-body aircraft.
The show will offer chalets located next to the runway so manufacturers can present their entire range of aircraft and facilitate demonstration flights. Three exhibition halls will also host more than 700 booths and international pavilions where exhibitors will showcase a full range of aviation and aerospace services and products.
Didier Mary, general manager of Adone Events, said, “I am honored that the Saudi Aviation Club has shown its confidence in Adone Events by agreeing to collaborate with us on this exciting new venture.
“Our experience, knowledge and network of aviation contacts is such that we can already confirm that more than 200 aviation companies have expressed strong interest in participating. The growth of aviation in Saudi Arabia reflects the need for this type of international exhibition and we are delighted to be involved.”
