Luxaviation has opened at Luxembourg Airport its first ever crew resort, a boutique hotel offering accommodation for crew members and clients in transit.
The resort is the first the company has opened and provides a full-service array of amenities to cater to crew needs when staff are preparing for their next flight. Based within walking distance of the airport, the facility offers four fully equipped guest rooms, one superior suite, and a restaurant.
Patrick Hansen, CEO at Luxaviation Group, said, “The Luxaviation Crew Resort is the first of a series of resorts we plan to open globally. Luxaviation staff need to find the best conditions to rest and to prepare their next mission. We are continuously working on client service excellence. The crew resorts are another step to deliver our promise to the customer.”
Services available to crews include an app that allows the staff to organize their arrival in advance and book client and personal services such as laundry, transportation and accommodation.
The crew resort is part of a client experience strategy that Luxaviation plans to develop over the next months.
