Private aircraft operator Jet Edge is relocating its corporate headquarters to a new state-of-the-art building at Van Nuys Airport, Los Angeles. The company has signed a long-term lease for the location at the north side of the hub.
The new headquarters features a 45,000ft2 (4,180m2) Class A hangar that can accommodate large aircraft such as the Gulfstream G650 and Bombardier Global Express. The site also has 20,000ft2 (1,860m2) of jet maintenance space and 12,000ft2 (1,110m2) dedicated to offices and a hospitality area.
Bill Papariella, CEO at Jet Edge International, commented, “Our new corporate headquarters is a reflection of where we, as a company, are headed. The Jet Edge brand operates at the very highest levels of our industry, and our new facility absolutely reflects that commitment.
“The new building is the premier facility at Van Nuys Airport, the epicenter of private aviation here in the USA. The move will allow our Jet Edge aircraft and clients to enjoy a pristine environment that delivers even better privacy, convenience and security.”
The location includes easy access from the street using a secured gate. It is also adjacent to the airport runway, minimizing taxi time for clients flying in and out of Van Nuys. The relocation will begin this month (December).
