The Air Charter Association has announced the appointment of Malin Junkers as events and training executive.
Junkers will be responsible for coordinating and expanding the ACA’s events and training initiatives, with an emphasis on the Air Charter Broker Qualification and the ACA Internship.
Having worked extensively in the live events industry, Junkers brings a wealth of experience in operational and logistical event management. Her background includes managing international tours and projects in Germany and the UK, particularly within the music sector.
This expertise ensures that The ACA’s events continue to uphold the highest standards of quality. Among these events are the Young Professionals’ gathering, the Air Charter Expo (ACE), and the European Networking Event, which this year will be hosted at the European Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition (EBACE) in Geneva.
Glenn Hogben, CEO of the ACA, said, “I am delighted to welcome Malin to the team. Malin’s expertise in organizing and executing complex events will play a pivotal role in enhancing the Association’s key initiatives, offering increased value to our members and the wider air charter sector.
ACA Internship has grown significantly this year, now offering 15 placements to young people aged 18-25. Additionally, the Air Charter Broker Qualification has seen continued success as we expand our online training, paving the way for the next generation of air charter professionals.”
Malin Junkers said, “I am excited to apply my skills to support the delivery of events, training courses, and internship programs at The ACA, while deepening my understanding of the air charter industry.”
