Air Charter Service is moving its Brazilian operation to new larger premises as it continues to expand it presence in South America, the aircraft charter company has said.
Ana Benavente, ACS Brazilβs CEO, said, βThe new premises is almost twice the size of our last place and gives us enough space for the foreseeable future, with plenty of room for the next stage in our expansion plan. we have almost doubled the size of our team over the past 12 months and are looking to push on with further investment later in 2019.
βBrazil is a market on the rise. It has the eighth largest economy in the world, with several companies in the country featuring in the top 250 of Forbesβ βThe Worldβs Largest Public CompaniesβΒ list and almost 50 billionaires based here.
βWe had a record year at ACS Brazil in 2018 β we surpassed 2017βs figures with more than two months of the year remaining. As the only global company of our type in South America, we had an especially busy period in June and July last year as we chartered for four of the five South American nations taking part in the FIFA World Cup.
βProbably the most pleasing aspect is that the growth is spread across all three of our departments: private jets, commercial airliners and cargo aircraft.β
