European aircraft management and charter company Centreline’s Bristol Airport FBO had a record breaking month in record June following two high-profile events.
The FBO’s role in handling business aviation activity during the Glastonbury Festival and UEFA Champions League Final meant the FBO experienced its highest ever number of aircraft movements and fuel sales. The events resulted in a 10% overall increase in aircraft movements and a 12% increase in fuel sales, the highest numbers ever recorded in June.
Tanya Raynes, CEO at Centreline, commented, “I am delighted to report another record month for our FBO and to see the exciting range of business growing year on year.
“The Centreline team always performs at the highest level of professionalism, be it when providing exceptional customer service to the many A-list celebrities or handling the 100 pieces of band equipment that comes with managing these kind of events. Our activity in June alone really demonstrates the flexibility that Centreline FBO has to offer”.
Adding to the variety of the business managed in June, the Centreline FBO also handled traffic from the Weston Air Festival, the arrival of two Typhoon aircraft and a Catalina, an American amphibious aircraft.
