Hawker Pacific, a leading aviation solutions provider in Asia-Pacific and the Middle East, has announced the acquisition of two FBOs in Australia, in Brisbane and Cairns, previously operated by Adagold. The company already offers a network of facilities across Australia, and in the key ports of Singapore and Shanghai, China.
In Brisbane, Hawker Pacific will operate from both its existing FBO facility and the newly-acquired building in the general aviation district. By strengthening its presence in Queensland in this way, Hawker Pacific is well placed to take advantage of the 2018 Commonwealth Games, being held on the Gold Coast, the completion of a new runway at Brisbane Airport, and also the opening of a casino nearby.
Graham Owen, vice president FBO Australia, Hawker Pacific, said, “We are committed to world-class, on-demand aviation services and proudly operate the largest network of FBOs across Australia and in the key Asian ports of Singapore and Shanghai. We look forward to adding an additional capacity to our network of FBOs and continuing to deliver our internationally recognized customer service levels.”
