Jet Aviation has signed a preferred FBO service agreement with International Jet Management (IJM), an aircraft management and charter company based in Austria, near Vienna International Airport.
IJM operates a fleet of more than 25 aircraft, including all classes of executive jets and many of the major manufacturers. Jet Aviation was awarded the contract due to its extensive FBO network following a competitive tender process. Under the agreement signed at EBACE 2017 in Geneva, Jet Aviation will be the preferred handling service provider for the IJM fleet.
Robert Schmölzer, managing director at IJM, said, “We see ourselves as managers of mobility, and we wanted a partner we can trust to ensure maximum comfort and convenience for our customers.
“Jet Aviation has more than 20 FBO locations in its growing global network and consistently ranks highly in international customer polls. Like us, they value service excellence. I have every confidence that we will enjoy a long and successful partnership.”
Jet Aviation is a wholly owned subsidiary of General Dynamics and has almost 30 airport facilities throughout Europe, the Middle East, Asia, North America and the Caribbean.
