Million Air has unveiled its new US$10m FBO at Syracuse Hancock International Airport in New York.
The full service FBO – which Hueber-Breuer Construction Company only started work on in spring last year – consists of a two-story, 10,000ft² building and a 31,325ft² heated hangar, and parking for approximately 25 aircraft.
Services include ground handling, fueling and cleaning, while the terminal features a passenger lounge, hospitality check-in area, quiet rooms, a flight planning room, offices, a multimedia conference room, and a soda and coffee bar.
The FBO also has an on-site customs and immigration office, gourmet catering services, quick turns, aircraft cabin cleaning facilities and passenger and crew transportation.
The state of New York provided a US$810,000 grant for the facility, which will employ approximately 15 people. The FBO is operated by Freeman Holdings Group.
