Pentastar Aviation been rated among the top tier of FBOs in the Western Hemisphere for both safety and service excellence, according to Aviation International News’s (AIN) 2016 Survey of FBO Services.

Unlike previous surveys, which used data applicable to the previous year only, the 2016 iteration used an aggregate of ranking data spanning December 2013 to the present to set the stage for the future Survey of FBO Services, which will allow survey respondents to provide feedback on FBOs throughout the year, not just during a designated survey window.
AIN believes “this new survey format provides both a more compelling way for business aircraft operators to make their preferences known and a more relevant assessment of service providers.”
