Stellar Aviation, an FBO operator with facilities in South Palm Beach, Florida, and Wilmington, Delaware, has taken over Abraham Lincoln Capital Airport in Springfield, Illinois. Horizon Aviation was previously in charge of the FBO at Abraham Lincoln airport, but has now been added to Stellar’s portfolio.
