Weston Aviation, an FBO and business aviation services specialist based in the UK and Ireland, has successfully expanded its facility at Humberside Airport.
The venue now has double the space previously available, with two separate crew and passenger lounges, crew work stations, kitchen areas and quiet zones. The company has also agreed a new long-term agreement with the airport for FBO and private aircraft handling services.
Weston Aviation was the first FBO at Humberside Airport; its facility was opened in 2011. The company also has premises at Durham Tees Valley, Doncaster Sheffield, Cornwall Airport Newquay and Cork.
Nick Weston, CEO and founder of Weston Aviation, said, “This further investment and commitment by ourselves to Humberside Airport is in line with our expectations and growth plans for our FBO at the airport, and we are delighted to be able to offer to our crews and passengers this significantly improved facility that will see us into our next phase of growth and expansion at Humberside Airport.”
Deborah Zost, managing director, Humberside Airport, added, “We are delighted that Weston Aviation has further confirmed its commitment and growth to Humberside Airport, which is seeing the airport becoming a significant business aviation airport of choice for the Humber region and local area.”
