Global Trek Aviation’s Fixed Based Operation (FBO) at both Belfast International (EGAA) and Cardiff International Airport (EGFF) have been awarded with the International Standard for Business Aircraft Handling (ISBAH) Stage 2 accreditation.
The ISBAH accreditation is issued by the International Business Aviation Council (IBAC) after successful completion of an external audit process. This process involves a complete audit of the FBO’s safety management systems, emergency and security procedures, organisational structures, training protocols and operating procedures.
Colin Gordon, commercial director said, “Obtaining ISBAH Stage II is a momentous achievement for Global Trek Aviation and keeps us at the forefront on the standards required for Business Aviation handling in the UK.”
Gordon Bingham, chief operating officer said, “This accolade is testament to the great work and commitment demonstrated by the Global Trek Team to the very highest safety and Operational standards within the industry.”
“He was proud of this great achievement and acknowledgement of the hard work the team puts in each and every day to support our customers and clients. The Stage 2 ISBAH has shown that our Safety Management System and Operational Standards continue to improve to ensure the ultimate and safest possible service is provided through our FBOs at Belfast and Cardiff International Airports,” said David McColm, group managing director.
