International Flight Center (IFC) at Miami Executive Airport (KTMB) will open the doors of its new FBO terminal this month.
With the new facility, and its recently-opened hangar development, IFC is poised to offer aviators a new home base.
While a grand opening event is in the early planning stages, IFC’s leadership team has received the all clear to open the 10,500-square-foot FBO terminal within the first month of the year.
“We couldn’t be more excited to start a new year in a new, luxury facility,” said Wilfredo Valle, IFC’s president. “Every detail of this development has been meticulously planned for the ultimate private flying experience—for pilots and passengers alike. Now, our accommodations will match the industry-leading care our customers have come to know and trust out of IFC. We look forward to opening our doors and welcoming traffic with our new gateway to Miami.”
Featuring lounges, full private bed/bath snooze rooms, a private conference room with full A/V and seating for 10, and a café, the terminal will provide both crew and passengers with chic accommodations during their stay at the facility.
While finishing touches of the terminal building are underway, operators have already begun taking advantage of IFC’s new and modern amenities following the completion of its 84,000-square-foot hangar complex, completed this year.
The beautiful facilities offer flexible short- and long-term leases with 24/7 surveillance and service.
At 28,000 square feet each with 28-foot doors, the hangars have space to house multiple aircraft up to a Global 8000 in size.
Catering to all modern business aircraft, each hangar will be equipped with foam-free fire suppression and perfectly spaced 480V outlets.
As an Avfuel-branded FBO, pilots enjoy competitive prices with Avfuel Contract Fuel, streamlined payments with the Avfuel Pro Card and lucrative rewards with AVTRIP.
