Duncan Aviation has released three new enhancements, including online quote approval, to its web-based project management system myDuncan.
Duncan Aviation customers are now able to review, compare and approve sales quotes via the myDuncan portal. They can ask questions and provide feedback as they compare revisions, and electronically approve an agreement.
Although they will still need to print, sign, and send in a hard copy, this enhancement will streamline the quoting process by always having the latest quote or approved agreement available to both the customer and the sales team.
Austin Chambers, Duncan Aviation’s airframe service sales representative in Battle Creek, Michigan, said, “It simplifies the quoting process between sales and the customer. They are able to request their own schedule, select a preferred location, and accept the agreement.”
The second feature added to myDuncan gives customers the ability to view project workflow schedules and history of approved work while monitoring their aircraft as it progresses through project milestones.
The final new feature allows customers to view their invoices, waybills, and other documents online, as well as select the preferred method of delivery and frequency.
Through myDuncan, Duncan Aviation customers receive email alerts, job status reports and updates from their project managers with hour and cost estimates for all phases of the project. They are able to view and comment on reports, photos, and electronic logbook entries.
