Jet Luxe has announced its significant expansion in the United States and the rest of the world.
Highlights include an additional 8 jets added to the US-based and global fleet, investment secured to acquire two new Global 7500 aircraft, and a 52% growth in employees in 2022 taking the global team to over 60.
Gabriel Madrid, CEO said, “Jet Luxe is an agile company and we aim to respond to the needs of the market. We have grown at a rate that exceeded our expectations and we continue to iterate and adjust the business model to enable further expansion. We differentiate because we know our clients: their concerns, frustrations, and aspirations. From here, we can get creative, diversify our service profile, and offer swifter solutions than larger operators. As a start-up, if we see an issue, we can respond to it quickly because we have the investment and manpower to make change happen rapidly. Looking ahead, we will continue to invest in the Americas to support its maturation and growth.”
The Jet Luxe fleet now includes the Bombardier Global 6000, Global Express XRS and Global 5000, the Gulfstream V and G550, Learjet 35A, Citation V, Citation II, and Hawker 800 models. Much of the company’s growth over the past half-year is attributed to its rapid expansion in the Americas. The Citations are based in the US on a transient model and the Hawkers and Learjet are based out of Mexico. The companies ultra-long-range jets sit within Jet Luxe’s global “floating fleet” serving its INVICTUS Partners and charter clients worldwide.
Jet Luxe launched in the Americas in January 2022 and has swiftly grown under the leadership of regional vice president, Yassine El Moussi.
He said, “Jet Luxe is a luxury brand and in the US efficiency and saving time is the ultimate luxury. It was important that we recognized the requirements of our clients in the region and adjusted our model in alignment. There is huge demand for lighter jets that facilitate fast, efficient, business travel and we have expanded the fleet and team to meet the needs of our fast-growing client base in the region.”
In 2022, Jet Luxe also expanded its INVICTUS Partnership to include INVICTUS Patron, an investment-based program providing access to the fleet and returns based upon its performance. Investors to the program, known as INVICTUS Patrons, sponsor an aircraft and enjoy a proven return on investment. These partners have access to a reduced rate fleet and receive a highly profitable investment option. It’s a unique offering in the market that is working extremely successfully for Jet Luxe and its clients.
To meet the needs of its growing, global customer base, Jet Luxe’s team has expanded to over 60 employees. The company’s sales, operations, and concierge departments have seen the biggest growth. In addition, new roles have been created to manage the client experience and act as a liaison between the concierge and operations teams. The experience and customer service teams operate under the Forbes Global Standards of Service Excellence to ensure consistency of service around the world.
