Dassault Aviation’s global product support organization will offer a full selection of services to assist Falcon operators at major worldwide events in 2018, such as the FIFA World Cup in Russia; the Superbowl in Minneapolis, Minnesota; and the Winter Olympics in South Korea.
This year’s list of special event support activities kicked off on January 23 at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, the annual event that brings together CEOs, heads of state and leading political, business and other personalities from around the world.
To serve Falcon crews attending the event, Dassault reinforced its support team at Zurich Airport and St Gallen – Altenrhein Airport, making available additional resources from Falcon Authorized Service Centers in the area and elsewhere in the Falcon Support organization.
Dassault puts a range of resources at the disposal of Falcon customers during special cultural and sporting events. These include troubleshooting services provided by the 24/7 global Falcon Command Center, technical team assistance, off-site GoTeam dispatch and the FalconResponse portfolio of aircraft on ground services (AOG).
Jacques Chauvet, senior VP, worldwide customer service at Dassault, commented, “Davos generates an exceptionally large influx of business aircraft into the Zurich region. We want to ensure that Falcon customers attending global events like this have access to the best and most comprehensive on-site support available.”
