West Star Aviation, which specializes in aircraft maintenance services, as well as FBO operations, with a satellite location network across the USA, has opened a new facility at Conroe-North Houston Regional Airport, Texas. This will service Gulfstream, Falcon, Bombardier, Hawker and Citation models from the state and the surrounding southern region. It will also perform minor repairs, A checks, and 12- and 24-month inspections.
A winner of several industry awards, West Star Aviation specializes in the repair and maintenance of airframes, windows and engines, as well as major modifications, avionics installation and repair, interior refurbishment, surplus avionics sales, accessory services, paints and parts. It has MRO facilities at a number of airports, and provides complete FBO services for transient aircraft at its newly remodeled East Alton, Illinois and Grand Junction, Colorado locations.
