Opul Jets has announced its acquisition of Zenith Aviation, a UK-based operator headquartered at London Biggin Hill Airport.
The acquisition includes Zenith’s UK-issued Air Operator Certificate (AOC), a managed fleet of G-registered aircraft and a fully accredited CAA Part-145 maintenance facility, significantly expanding OPUL’s regulatory reach, technical capabilities and in-house expertise.
Zenith Aviation brings a proven track record in aircraft management, crewing, CAMO, and regulatory compliance.
Its CAA-approved Part-145 maintenance operation, with expertise in Bombardier and Learjet platforms, further enhances Opul’s ability to manage technical operations in-house, improving aircraft reliability, reducing downtime, and delivering seamless support to managed and third-party clients.
Zenith’s existing leadership team will remain in place, ensuring management, relationships, and operational culture continuity.
The business will continue to operate from its Biggin Hill base, now under the Opul Jets brand, with all staff and services retained.
Chris Wall, partner, Opul Jets said, “This acquisition brings together two highly complementary organisations. Zenith’s reputation for technical strength, precision, and service perfectly aligns with Opul’s commitment to delivering a seamless, world-class aviation experience. With the AOC and maintenance approvals now in-house, we’re uniquely positioned to offer our clients full control, flexibility and safety across every flight.”
Stuart Mulholland, managing director at Zenith Aviation said, “Joining OPUL Jets represents a new chapter for Zenith, one that builds on our legacy while opening the door to expanded resources, support, and reach. We’re proud to become part of a forward-thinking team that shares our safety, service, and excellence values.”
