Signature Flight Support has signed a license agreement with air charter company Fly Across, located at Mexico’s Toluca International Airport. This is Signature’s first location in Mexico.
The recently constructed luxury FBO, which will be branded Signature Flight Support, consists of a three-story FBO and executive terminal and 50,000ft² (4,645m²) of hangar space, capable of housing heavy business jets. The site also features drive-up access to three individual, secure and exclusive VIP suites.
Maria Sastre, president and chief operating officer at Signature Flight Support, commented, “We are extremely excited to license Fly Across and add our first location in Mexico. This extraordinary location is one of the finest FBOs in Latin America and will offer our customers Signature Flight Support’s world-class service experience.
“Toluca is a significant addition to the growing Signature Flight Support network and we couldn’t be more pleased to have a partner such as Fly Across.”
Toluca International Airport is the closest business and general aviation airport to Mexico City and is the busiest in Mexico. The airport is only a 30-minute drive to Santa Fe, Mexico, the country’s financial and business district. The airport’s 13,700ft (4,175m) runway is capable of accommodating all size aircraft.
Pedro Corsi, CEO for Fly Across, said, “Our decision to license our new state-of-the-art location at Toluca was made based on Signature Flight Support’s global reputation for excellence in customer service and the strength of their network.
“Our customers will benefit from the consistent, world-class service no matter where they land within the Signature network. We look forward to a long and prosperous future as a Signature Flight Support branded location.”
