MOST INTEGRATED EUROPEAN FBO DELIVERING HARMONISED SERVICES ACROSS THE NETWORK
Over the past 15 months, AviaVIP has worked diligently to create greater harmonization across its network, focusing on commercial, invoicing, and operational aspects. The company now has a single agreement covering six countries, simplifying processes for its customers. To further enhance service, AviaVIP has nominated a key account manager for every major client, providing a single point of contact for all 57 FBOs. Operationally, the network has standardized its software by using MyHandling. Additionally, AviaVIP will soon offer a 24/7 operations control center with bases in Italy, France, and Spain, allowing local staff to focus more on VIP passengers, crew, and aircraft. The experienced staff at the operations control center (OCC) are experts in satisfying concierge requests, interacting with airport authorities, and providing customer service. The OCC in Italy is already fully operational, with the Spanish facility coming online in summer 2024, and the French facility by the end of the year.
